From Grapes to Stories is an international project connecting wine, sustainability, and storytelling to help wineries in Visegrad region to share the authentic stories behind their wines.

OUR 6-D PROCESS
01.
Understanding the landscape
We will map current storytelling practices among wine producers in Slovakia, Hungary, and Czechia.
Milestone: Mapping report of existing storytelling approaches.
02.
Listening to producers
We will conduct in-depth interviews with selected wineries to understand their values, challenges, and communication needs.
Milestone: Qualitative insights from regional wine producers.
03.
Understanding consumers
We will carry out a cross-country consumer survey to identify how storytelling and sustainability influence wine choices.
Milestone: Consumer Insights Dataset (400–500 respondents).
04.
Connecting stories and sustainability
We will analyse how sustainability, heritage, and authenticity can be translated into meaningful wine narratives.
Milestone: Key storytelling themes and sustainability narratives defined.
05.
Creating practical tools
We will develop a Storytelling Toolkit, practice guide and intractive moodle course, with templates,
frameworks, and practical examples tailored to wineries.
Milestone: Launch all package of educational resources (online).
06.
Building Long-Term Impact
We ensure long-term impact through a high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific article and open-access project outputs.
Milestone: Publication of a high-impact scientific article.
